With over 15 years experience in marketing and business communications as well as a proven Internet background, Greg injects the vision and creative spark into projects produced by Basso Design Group. Greg has overseen many large, visible marketing campaigns for various industries, including not-for-profit, government and consumer markets. Greg's natural ability to know the right marketing fit for the business need helps to set Basso Design Group apart as a leader in the interactive marketing field.
Greg enjoys the challenge and excitement of forming and nurturing new creative marketing efforts and seeing them to absolute success. Greg holds an MBA from Western Michigan University.

Dan is the co-founder of Basso Design Group. Since 2003, he has watched the business go from a small two-person operation into one of the area's best and brightest young companies.
Dan's background and expertise includes website and application development, database development, programming and logic. Before Basso Design Group, he worked in various positions in the automotive and dotcom industries, leading many national campaigns and projects.
Even as Basso Design Group continues to grow, Dan still gets his hands dirty with every project, no matter how big or small. In addition to his daily duties, he also finds time to speak at seminars, schools, and networking events regarding topics from social marketing to web development.

Laura's career path has included advertising, sales, marketing communications and interactive design, including web development and training. Prior to joing Basso Design Group, Laura was VP of Business Development at Synerjix Global Solutions in Troy. Previously, she was VP at AutoCom Associates Public Relations for six years. She also spent 15 years at VuCom Graphicsystems, now i3Logic.
Laura attended Wayne State University, where she majored in Theatre and Communications. She directed and produced many successful plays, was president of Stagecrafters during the renovation of the Baldwin Theatre and actually painted much of the ceiling!

Dick's extensive background of over 40 years in the engineering and business development field provides a full scope of real-world product application knowledge. Dick's reach and knowledge into the manufacturing and engineering market is a key asset of his business development involvement at Basso Design Group.
Dick has been responsible for establishing relationships and partnerships with emerging industries along with direct business alliances with organizations ready for Basso Design Group services.

Joe has always had a strong interest in all things artistic. Since he was a kid, he demonstrated his eye for design as everything had to be just right. Joe knew early on that he wanted to do something with art and design.
He graduated from the International Academy of Design and Technology with a Bachelors in Graphic Design. During the final semester of school Joe obtained an internship with Basso Design Group. He worked hard to prove that he has what it takes to be a great designer. Basso Design Group took notice and gave him a full-time position. What started as a part-time internship transformed into a fulfilling career.

When you walk through the door of Basso Design Group, Megan Cooley is there to greet you. Megan assists in market research for client and company projects along with research and execution of our search engine and social marketing campaigns.
Megan came to Basso Design Group from Central Michigan University where she studied Marketing Communications and Advertising.

Vana joined Basso Design Group from The International Academy's Digital Media Production program. She provides a rare talent of being able to deliver exceptional design with the ability to develop the design in various programming languages. Vana is skilled in all aspects of digital media, including animation, video, photography and audio.

Jessica is a talented website and application developer. You can find her hard at work coding client projects at Basso Design Group. It has always been her dream to create websites, and now she gets to live her dream. Jessica loves coding because of the challenge it brings. From debugging the software to figuring out how something works, it's thrilling to see the end result when it looks really good, knowing she had a hand in making it. Jessica comes from Baker College where she learned the trade to become an awesome web developer.
